In conjunction with the exhibition Isaac Julien: Lina Bo Bardi - A Marvellous Entanglement, the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art presents public Spotlight Lectures by national and international museum directors, art historians, academicians, and other experts who explore the facets of modern art and architecture. The Spotlight Lecture Series is designed to bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to the Charlotte region.

Time, Tickets, and Details

Tickets for Spotlight Lectures are $14 for the public, $10 for Bechtler members, and free for students with a valid ID. Firebird and Modernist Society members receive complimentary tickets but must register ahead of time.

Spotlight Lecture Series will take place in the Wells Fargo Auditorium. 

Program Note: In accordance with the updated NCDHS guidelines, face masks are required for staff, as well as guests ages 3 and older.
